This app was amazing when it first came out! I recommended it to everyone and used it on all my online stores. The founder, Kril, was so helpful back then. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill. Customer service isn't what it used to be, and I'm actually having to look for a different app now. What a bummer that it's come to this.

This app is a complete waste of time! The support is absolutely useless. They keep giving me temporary fixes for the same recurring problem. My carrier wasn't even supported, and while they rigged something up, it only worked once! Now I have to contact them every single time a tracking number doesn't update.
