This app is okay, but their customer service and pricing are absolutely AWFUL. They kept shipping our products in HUGE boxes (even though they have smaller ones that fit!) and charging us WAY more than they should – I'm talking about a $100 difference! Shipbob's a mixed bag, really. Their Shopify app's good, I'll give them that, and they've got a ton of features. They're adding new stuff all the time too, like EDI and SPSCommerce integrations, which is cool. But, their B2B side? Ugh, let's just say we've had some problems. It's been three days and my app still isn't working with Shopify! The Shopify rep was great and opened a ticket with Shipbob, but I haven't heard anything back. This is really impacting my business. It's incredibly frustrating that it's taking this long to get help. UPDATE: I got an email reply on Friday, but then no one was around to help over the weeken
