Love the app, but the print quality is killing me! We've had so many complaints from customers about shoddy prints or items that we've had to start moving our business elsewhere. It's a shame, because the app itself is great. Word to the wise: order a sample of anything you plan to sell before you put it up on your site. Don't repeat our mistakes!

Gooten's a decent app, easy to navigate and all, but the print quality has been causing me some headaches. I used to use them a lot a few years back when I first started with print on demand, but after last holiday season, the number of customer complaints about the prints skyrocketed. Since then, I haven't been using them as much.

Their prices for mugs were super tempting, but after ordering samples (like I always do), I was seriously disappointed. Every single time, the samples were just awful. I ended up just using them for greeting cards. Even then, adding designs is a pain - their interface is so clunky and confusing. Plus, shipping costs a fortune! They've got a long way to go.

Look, it's not a BAD service, but the print quality is SO hit or miss. Sometimes it's okay, other times...meh. And dealing with customer support? Ugh, only through email chains, no live chat or anything. Super inconvenient. If you need basic prints, Gooten will do. But if you're looking for professional-grade quality for picky clients? Forget it. Seriously,

Okay, so I tried adding products to my website using this app. It's got the basic stuff, nothing too exciting or different. Editing designs was a bit of a pain, to be honest. On the plus side, connecting it to my Shopify was super easy.

This app is a complete nightmare to navigate! Imagine trying to create a simple baby onesie with your design. Other POD apps make it a breeze – you see the colors, pick what looks good with your design, check a few boxes for sizes, and you're good to go. Gooten? Forget about it. Tried out a few posters from Gooten and wasn't impressed. I need my prints to have sharp lines, but these were blurry – maybe bad processing or ink issues? This company is a joke! Customer service takes forever to respond (like 15 days or more!), packages disappear into thin air, and the tracking numbers are bogus. Heads up - I'll be posting a one-star review every single day until someone gets back to me!

So far, so good! Their prices seem really competitive for print on demand, and their customer service was super quick to answer my questions. Still waiting on my sample to arrive though, so I'll be sure to update this review once I see what the ordering process and the print quality is like.
