Three simple questions, that's all I had. Sawyer from support suggested a call – I get it, some people prefer that – but honestly, a few lines in an email would've done the trick. Crickets after that. Followed up, even looped in the founder, Matt, and cc'd every email address I could find for good measure. Nothing. Ten emails, nine weeks, zero responses.
