Loved it for years, but they're doubling my price in July! As a small business, that's a HUGE jump I just can't swing. Guess it's time to find something else, sadly.

I used to think this app was pretty decent, maybe a 3.5 or 4-star situation. Been a loyal user forever, and now they pull this? Force you into a "new and improved" plan or they delete your stuff! Talk about a shakedown! Who needs that extra junk anyway? It's only $77 bucks more, but it's the principle, you know? All these apps are doing it now. Guess I'll stick around for now, but I'm keeping my eyes open for something better.

They're quick to tell you they got your message, but good luck getting help when you really need it! It's beyond frustrating trying to get important stuff fixed, and it's holding me back from really getting the most out of the app.
