This app was a nightmare. Customer service was even worse. I even used their support to set things up, but my website was down for 4 days straight. Fixing it cost a fortune. Growwave's handling of the whole thing was just awful. They lost me as a customer, that's for sure. Avoid this app at all costs!

Used to love this app - customer service was awesome and it did everything we needed. But then they jacked up the price and took away a bunch of features from our original plan. Customer service is top-notch, they reached out to me to address my concerns about the new pricing. Back in 2021, I said it was the best Shopify app I've used in terms of customer service, and that still holds true! Great service, and the features are totally worth it.
