Okay so, figuring out how the app works was a piece of cake. But actually getting products from AliExpress through the app? Total nightmare! Figuring out pricing, images, how it was all organized...ugh. I finally figured out you can add a product, then "buy" it in Shopify as a draft, and that sends it over to Zendrop for a price quote. Was hoping to find better quality stuff than AliExpress, and yeah, the products are better, but there's hardly any choice! Plus the shipping's super expensive, so making any money dropshipping is gonna be tough.

Customer service is awesome and it's really easy to use. It's super organised, and Zendrop takes care of everything once you get an order, like getting it to your customer. I would definitely recommend it, but it is a bit expensive and you need to be selling a lot to get custom packaging, so it might not be the best for brand new businesses.

Okay, so I've had more time to play around with Zendrop, and I gotta say, it's not bad! My bad for the initial rant, Zendrop. 😅 Their customer service is still top-notch, and the platform is super easy to use. Shipping costs are still something to think about, but Zendrop seems to be working on that. One thing though – they could definitely do more for u

Their support team is awesome! They even have coaching on the plus plan, which is pretty cool. Sometimes their prices are a bit high, but sometimes they're totally reasonable. Overall, it's a great platform for testing products. You don't have to worry about all the shipping headaches you get with sites like AliExpress.

Totally disappointed with Zendrop, especially as someone who's been dropshipping for a while. Their customer service is just awful. Upgraded to Plus thinking I could import reviews, but nope! No native review integration. Tried to find a workaround with their support team to import reviews from AliExpress, but no luck. The worst part? You can't even find
