Okay, so the support team was awesome! Super helpful. But honestly, the pricing threw me off. It's way too confusing trying to figure out which package and carrier is the best. Didn't have a good time using the app.

This app is great... until an update hits! It seems like every time they try to "improve" things, something breaks on our end. We're constantly having to change our workflow because of their updates. And right now, it's a complete disaster - our orders won't even import to ShipStation and they have no clue how to fix it!

This app is so buggy! And why do they keep changing the interface? It never seems like an improvement. The worst part is the claims process, it's a total nightmare.
