Loved the app while I used it, but now I need to figure out how to cancel! Tried reaching out to support (twice!) because I'm closing my shop for a bit and don't want to keep getting charged.

This app used to be great! It was super easy to set up and use, and it looked really nice. But now we can't update the sales pop info anymore, which is a bummer. Might have to jump ship soon if they don't fix it!
