Shady business practices! This app creates orders and refunds them without my knowledge or approval. They also deny claims for ridiculous reasons like "cosmetic damage." Avoid Route at all costs!

Totally obsessed with Route! Been using it for years (like 4+) and it's seriously the best thing ever. Saved us tons of money on shipping, products, and even time (so much time!).
