This app's a neat idea, gotta give 'em that, insurance for shipping is smart. Their team though, kinda slow to get back to you. I wish they had more options, like making insurance mandatory for international orders or if I think a customer might be shady. Hopefully they'll step up their game!

This app is amazing! Been using it for almost a year now and it's been great. Only thing is, getting someone to help with the initial setup takes forever! Other companies, like AfterPay, get you up and running on your website the same day, or the next day max. And to top it off, because of that new Shopify Online Store 2.0 thing, I had to update my theme

Our post office asked us to start using the self-service kiosk (SSK) to save time, which we were happy to do. This whole "Route will cover everything" thing seemed too good to be true, and guess what? It was. For a while, it seemed okay because they paid five claims for lost and stolen packages. But then a damage claim happened, and it was a disaster. We sell high-end baby gear, so product condition is everything. A customer's $1,400 item arrived with a huge gash
