This thing is pretty simple to use, but man is it slow! Not sure if it's because we're putting it on our site externally or what, maybe it's the transitions? Either way, we've had some customers saying the form just isn't there on the page sometimes.

Love the app, but ran into a glitch that took way too long to fix! Shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Love how easy this app is to use and customize, but it's soooo slow! Like, seriously slow. Once it's on our site, it takes forever to load – way more than a couple of seconds. People are gonna lose interest if it doesn't pop up faster. Am I doing something wrong, maybe?
