Love the app, service is awesome, but they just keep hiking the prices! And to add insult to injury, they keep messing with what's included in each package. It's ridiculous, borderline illegal if you ask me. I'm outta here come January.

Omnisend hits you with hidden fees when you downgrade - they keep charging you even when you switch plans! I'm moving to a different email marketing platform that lets me set up SMS marketing without all the hassle and hidden costs. So long, Omnisend!

This app could be amazing, but their pricing is outrageous! They jacked up our monthly fee from £60 to a whopping £152.40, regardless of how many emails we actually send. Talk about sneaky! It feels like they're taking advantage, knowing we won't spam our customers with tons of emails. We're stuck paying a ridiculous price for sending just one or two emails

This ESP is all hype and no substance! The automations are easy to use, but that's literally the ONLY good thing about Omnisend. Their pricing is a confusing mess – they nickel and dime you for everything, and my bill has skyrocketed while the features haven't changed at all. Been using Omnisend for ages, and it's a real mixed bag. The platform itself is decent and easy enough to use, but their pricing is ridiculous. Feels like a scam if you're not super careful. They charge per contact, which is fine, but they also charge for people who haven't even subscribed and who you can't legally email. Even customers with no contact
