This app is a nightmare - avoid it at all costs! Tried it for 2 migrations and it messed up both times. They claimed to have fixed a bug last year, but it's still unsubscribing customers who repurchase and are already on the list (why would they need to opt-in again?!). This app is a nightmare - avoid at all costs! Zero stars. The devs claimed they fixed the unsubscribing bug last year, but it's still happening. Loyal customers who repurchase are getting unsubscribed - it's a joke! We've lost so many valuable subscribers because of this garbage app. Don't risk it!

Same here! Customers keep getting removed from our email list unless they opt-in every single time or we manually do it at checkout. It's costing us a fortune! I saw Shopify is "looking into it" but that was months ago. Is there even a fix coming??

This app is a complete nightmare! It flooded our unpublished store with thousands of fake customers and messed up our Mailchimp by adding all the spam - which we now have to pay for! What a waste of time and money. Shopify should remove this junk app ASAP. I even made a video showing the spam that ShopSync imported and how our store had zero orders because

This app used to be awesome and affordable, but the price keeps going up and up. Now it's super expensive, and they don't even offer as much as other apps. I've been a loyal user for over 7 years, but I'm done with the price hikes. Time to switch to something else!

Total waste of time, so disappointed with this app. Switched to Mailchimp because of a recommendation, but it's full of hidden costs. Connecting a simple landing page to my URL? Extra fees! Email campaigns are a nightmare on mobile - basic layouts get messed up, and the only fix is to pay for custom coding. Doesn't seem built for small businesses withou

Used to love this app but had to ditch it. The pricing is out of control - they charge based on ALL your contacts and orders, even if you only want to use a small portion. I only need to email like 300 of my 4,000 customers, but they make you import everything. Not cool Mai, not cool. Please fix this!
