Setting up Shopsync was a real pain! The instructions weren't exactly user-friendly, I had to keep rewinding the video and checking the written steps – it's definitely not for tech newbies. And to make matters worse, the help desk is only for paying customers, not for people like me who are still trying to figure out if it's worth the money! Hope it works,

We had a bumpy ride with the integration. It dumped a bunch of unknown subscribers into our list, and when we restarted our automation, they got hit with the welcome message. Cue a wave of unsubscriptions and a stern warning from Mailchimp about potential spamming. ShopSync said it might be because Mailchimp's old app messed up the import. On the plus side,

This thing is free, yeah, and Mailchimp suggested it, but what does it even DO? I can't even figure out how to sync up more than one email list at a time. And to top it off, the sync magically added over 1300 random emails to my list! What the heck?! Now I'm over the free limit because of it, and my entire list is useless.

This app has seriously messed up my email game! My abuse reports and unsubscribes have gone through the roof since I started using it. Plus, I'm getting tons of fake email addresses that I never had before. It's gotten so bad I'm thinking of ditching Mailchimp for something better. 😔 So disappointed...

This app is so frustrating! I installed it and all I get is this "temporary cookie" error message. Tried clicking the button and refreshing like it says, but still no luck. Can't find any help on this anywhere either!
