Lucky Orange Heatmaps & Replay

Seriously, what's up with this app? I can't even get past the login screen! Tried a bunch of times, and nothing. Heard others having the same issue too.

Love the look and feel of the app, and it's easy to get around, but the search is clunky, the heat map goes haywire when you scroll down, and honestly, the visitor limits are way too low for the price they're asking.

I really loved the feature and it gave me tons of ideas for optimizing my workflow during the trial. But honestly, the price tag was a bit steep for me. Couldn't quite justify it, so sadly, I had to let it go.

Meh, been using this app for two weeks now and it's not really doing it for me. The recordings are all glitchy and it's kinda clunky to use. I do like that it shows me who's visiting my site, but sometimes they're in and out so fast I'm not even sure they're real visits. Maybe it's just me? I'll give it another two weeks and see if I can get the hang of it.

This app is great for replaying user sessions, but I have two issues. First, they took away some key features after a recent update unless I pay more for their new plans. I used to rely on things like seeing add-to-carts and cart values, but now those are gone! Feels like a slap in the face to loyal customers, forcing us to upgrade. Secondly, the mobile app

This app takes forever to load! Seriously, who has the time to wait around like this? And sometimes it doesn't even show how much is in my cart. Plus, everything is way too expensive.
