Our customers started complaining about how Junip displays their names on reviews - full first name and last initial. This app is a little confusing to use, and it could be easier to figure out. Also, I'm having trouble seeing reviews. People keep saying they left a review, but when I go to look, there's nothing there! It's making me wonder what's going on. 🤔
