This app is a nightmare! I really wanted it to work for my business, but it's just constant bug fixing and headaches. Every other day there's a new problem! Customer support is pretty responsive, but they always blame someone else like Shopify or Klaviyo. But guess what? Every single time, it turns out the problem WAS with Gameball! Love the look and feel of this app, it has everything I need. The free plan is great, lets me try out the basics like social media stuff and the cashback rewards program.
