Love the app, especially the custom forms for my shop! The only thing is, it would be awesome to get notified when someone submits something. I totally missed a bunch of submissions because I didn't know they were there - took me a whole week to realize! Email notifications or something would be super helpful.

Love the way the forms look and they're pretty simple to use, but their support is just MIA. Days without a peep from them. It's really messing with how we're trying to automate things between our creators and retailers, which is a huge problem.

So, I'm paying for this app, right? But the forms just randomly decide not to load sometimes. It's a total bug fest! And the worst part? No solutions, no replies, no updates...nothing! Don't even think about using this for your business website if you want to hear from your customers.
