It seems like this app is always down for maintenance or updates, which really messes with my store. The support team is great when I can actually get a hold of them, super helpful and professional, but it's frustrating because the app has so many ongoing issues. Totally worth it! I've saved so much money since I started using it over a year ago. Easy to use and love the new upsell features. Plus, their support team is super responsive. \ Almost switched to another app, but this one paired with Shopify's free Bundles app is the perfect combo for killer bundled deals and upsells.
