Finally found an app that ticks all the boxes! It took me ages to find a solution that gave my customers detailed shipment tracking AND text updates, but AfterShip does it all. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify, which is a huge plus. The pricing is reasonable considering the extra features we needed, and we even got some bonus features thrown in! Super

So, they don't tell you that you NEED this app to use their returns app properly, which is just ridiculous. And the free trial? Useless! It uses all your old orders, so you can't even test it out with new ones. Plus, all their apps are designed to make you buy MORE of their apps - talk about a money grab! I like it so far, but man, it's pricey! And the add-ons? Don't even get me started! Seriously, the price is the only bad thing about this.

Yeah, the app's pretty cool, but like, why isn't it free? A bunch of other apps do the same thing and don't cost a dime. Even if you pay a developer, it's usually a one-time thing, and then you're set.
